The Homemaker Program

 

The Homemaker Program's goal is to provide an array of in-home housekeeping services for the elderly who are frail, homebound by reason of illness or incapacitating disability .

  • A homemaker goes to the homes of eligible clients every other week for a one to two-hour period to perform light housekeeping tasks.
  • Clients must be living alone or with another senior.
  • These activities are documented by the homemaker's weekly worksheet. A yearly reassessment of the needs of the client and the performance of the homemaker is conducted.
  • Donations are requested at $5.00 per month.
