The purpose of this program is to:

• Increase the accessibility of legal representation, counseling and information to individuals age 60 and over in the planning area.
  

Eligible participants:

• Persons who are 60 years of age or older and who reside in Caddo Parish.
• Priority shall be given to providing services in areas, which are underserved, and to areas in which there are a large number of older individuals who have the greatest economic need for such services.
• Special emphasis must be given to providing services to individuals with greatest economic need, greatest social need, low-income minority individuals, and older individuals residing in rural areas.
