Telephone Reassurance provides regular telephone contact and safety checks by trained volunteers to reassure, comfort and support senior citizens 60 years of age who are homebound

The Caddo Council on Aging collects information on each client receiving the service regarding name of doctor, emergency information (including person to be contacted), and other pertinent data.
The client is responsible for telling the regularly scheduled caller or visitor is he or she will not be home when the regular call is made.
